M.L. Campbell's Quick Dry White Vinyl Primer is a swift-drying, easy-to-sand primer, specifically designed to serve as the initial coat beneath all M.L. Campbell pigmented solvent-based pre-catalyzed and post-catalyzed lacquers, conversion varnishes, nitrocellulose lacquers, and CAB modified lacquers. It demonstrates excellent adhesion on wood, MDF, particleboard, and other hard boards. This primer offers good moisture resistance and stain blocking capabilities. It sands exceptionally well, creating a superior base coat with remarkable topcoat holdout.
