To avoid sooting or overheating, trim wick to ¼ inch (0.6 cm) before lighting. Place on a heat-resistant surface. Candle vessel will be hot when lit. Keep wax pool free of debris. Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when ½ inch (1.3 cm) of wax remains.

Caution: To prevent fire, never leave a burning candle unattended and keep away from drafts. Keep away from flammable items and out of reach of children and pets. Failure to follow instructions may lead to fire hazard, injury, or smoke damage.
